Its been a busy six months for us here at Wedding UK. In a short period of time we have became the number one downloaded wedding app in the UK, with a five star rating on the Apple App Store. After attending wedding fayres up and down the country we have seen our download figures rocket to over 40,000 and still increasing every day!
With a further 12 new categories added to the app, and more updates in the pipeline, the app is showing no signs of slowing down!
We have recently launched Wedding UK onto the Android Market! This is incredibly exciting for us, as Wedding UK can now be reaching 80% of engaged couples. This doubles our market share from what it was when the app was only available on iPhone.
From now on, anyone with a iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, HTC, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola or LG smartphone will be able to download the app for free and find your business!
With these 12 new categories, we can add a lot more types of business’ than we were able to before, and spread out some of the busiest categories to make it easier to search through.
